A modern, unpretentious interior gives the compact Villa Afrikana a surprisingly open feel to its rooms. Look out for the eye-catching artworks and cleverly placed objects. The attractive style encompasses a total of 5 suites and a small apartment in this Guest House / Bed & Breakfast on the Garden Route. The suites are wonderfully roomy and all have a fantastic view over the lagoon of Knsyna. Each features a comfortably furnished and also very spacious luxury bathroom in cutting design with floor heating and double washbasin. Depending on which suite you choose, you’ll be sleeping in a comfortable queen size or even king size double beds, all fitted with quality bedclothes and feather comforters and pillows. All the suites of this Guest House / Bed & Breakfast have a TV with DVD as well as tea and coffee makers. To add, the suites hold further surprises such as a hydro massage tub, a private balcony/terrace or a fully equipped kitchenette for instance. Personalized Bathroom Amenities, Hair Dryers, Bathrobes and Electronic Safes are also provided for each Suite for your enjoyment and comfort. Accommodation All suites are lagoon facing and all enjoy fantastic views over the Knysna Heads and surrounding Lagoon. Owner's Suite (sleeps 2 adults) The Owner’s Suite is situated on the FIRST floor with its own Private Balcony of 23.5 sqm. It comprises of a main bedroom of 23.5 sqm appointed with a QUEEN SIZE bed and of a FULL SIZE bathroom of 9.5 sqm Gouna Suite (sleeps 2 adults) The Gouna Suite is situated on the FIRST with its own Private Balcony of 8.0 sqm. It comprises of a main bedroom of 25.5 sqm appointed with a QUEE SIZE bed and of a FULL SIZE bathroom of 12.5 sqm fitted with a free-standing bath overlooking the Lagoon. Matarolli Suite (sleeps 2 adults) The Materolli Suite is situated on the FIRST floor with Wall to Wall PANORAMIC windows. It comprises of a main bedroom of 35.0 sqm appointed with a KING SIZE bed and of a FULL SIZE bathroom of 14.5 sqm. Spitskop Suite (sleeps 2 adults) The Spitskop Suite is situated on the SECOND and TOP floor with its own Private Balcony of 9.0 sqm. It comprises of a main bedroom of 29.0 sqm appointed with a QUEEN SIZE bed and of a FULL SIZE bathroom of 9.5 sqm. Noetzie Suite (sleeps 2 adults) The Noetzie Suite is situated on the SECOND and TOP floor with its own Private Balcony of 6.0 sqm. It comprises of a main bedroom of 32.8 sqm appointed with a QUEEN SIZE bed and of a FULL SIZE bathroom of 10.0 sqm fitted with a SPA BATH. Phantom Suite (sleeps 2 to 3 adults) The Phantom Suite is situated on an ELEVATED floor with its own separate entrance and Veranda. It comprises of a main bedroom of 35.0 sqm appointed with a KING SIZE bed that can be converted to TWINS and of a FULL SIZE bathroom of 13.0 sqm. Each suite also features a comfortably furnished and very spacious luxury bathroom with under-floor heating and double washbasin. Depending on which suite you reserve, you’ll be resting in a comfortable queen size or even king size double beds. From the moment we were welcomed we felt pampered and looked after. The views of the lagoon were better than we could immagined.
