Freestanding house with private garden in safe area, 3 minutes to centre Knysna and Lagoon Beach, 12 minutes to Indian Ocean. 2 Bedrooms with patios, two bathrooms, living room, spacious kitchen and private garden.

Villa Paradysna is a luxury little freestanding villa, nicely decorated. Nestled in our indigenous private park (Narnia) which has lagoon view.

Spacious living room quality furniture, TV, fire pot, sliding doors to lovely garden (BBQ). 2 Bedrooms/bathrooms. Sunny kitchen fully equipped (microwave/oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, washer, dryer) dining area and breakfast bar, as well as a sleeper couch.
Bedroom 1 has a Queen-bed with bathroom-en-suite (showercabin).
Bedroom 2 has two single beds plus bathroom with bathtub.
Both rooms have sliding doors to patios overlooking the park.
All one level, no stairs.

Garden all around the house and a birdwatching deck overlooking the greenbelt.
Our Private park, Narnia Village, offers a view on beautiful Knysna Lagoon, the famous Heads and even the waves of the Indian Ocean.
About ten other houses in the park and a good restaurant at walking distance (Knysna Hollow). No fences, no crime.
Surrounded by birds, nature and with view on a water pond, it is a true Paradise in Knysna.

This lovely modern house is situated on the 'good' side of Knysna (not in the passage to township, not too close to towncentre).

It offers lots of sunlight through the church-like stained glass windows and high ceilings.

It has 2 double Bedrooms, each with a sliding door to backpatios, one has a Queen bed with ensuite bathroom (showercabin, toilet and washbasin), the other room has 2 single beds, bathroom across the room with bathtub, toilet and washbasin.

Lots of cabinets/storagespace in the house.

The Kitchen is sunny, large, and practical with a breakfast-bar and a diningcorner.
The spacious Living has charming furniture, a firepot, and a new comfortable couch/sleeper couch.

When more than 4 paying guests, the sleeper couch is available (R600 to R800 per supplemental guest per week, max. 2x).
Sliding doors open to the back area.
The terrace has nice wooden furniture, a sun-awning and looks out over the backyard and park.

There is a new bird-watching / sundowner deck under the pine trees.

House has an alarm, and the private park is quite secure by itself behind the gate.

Rates

High season 2011: 16-01 thru 30/04 and 1/10 thru 14/12 = R4600 p/w.
Oysterfest 2012: 2/7 thru 13/07 = R4600 p/w.
Low Season 2012: 01/05 thru 30/9 = R3600 p/w.
(Honeymoon Special in low season= when using only 1 bedr. special price is R2500 p/w, not in combination with other Specials).
Christmas-season 2011 and 2012: 15 Dec thru 15 Jan : R6600 p/week (=minimum stay).

Bookings mainly taken for one week or longer! (depending on booking and/or season, 4 days can be considered)
Prices are for whole house and garden and use of park and include towels&linen.
Downpayment R1500, refundable immediately after departure.
Final cleaning is from R550, depending on number of guests/beds.

Directions

On the N2 coming from George, before entering the centre of Knysna, by The Point, make a left at the sign Kanonkop/Welbedacht Lane, take first right (approx. 500m, at corner Knysna Hollow). Follow Narnia Lane through the entrance of our own park Narnia Village, pass Montessori School. After the gate (you need aremote) you'll enjoy asplendid lagoon view on top road. Go to bottom of Park, housename: Villa Paradysna (nr 50). Welcome!
