Description

Conveniently situated on exclusive Leisure Isle in a quiet location, a short stroll from the beach, with its magnificent "Heads" views. Enjoy daily sunset walks or cycle round the scenic 4km periphery where one can view magnificent water front mansions, family sundowners on Bollard bay where children swim and play in safe crystal clear shallow waters, or casual good fishing from the shore, the choice is endless.

The island boasts a coffee shop, an art gallery, a library, and two fine dining restaurants, a small boat harbour, three tennis courts and a bowling green. Less than 10 minutes drive from the centre of Knysna, Pezula Golf Estate and Knysna Golf Course, and 15 minute's drive to Simola Golf Estate! Leisure Isle offers seclusion and safety and welcomes all with unpretentious warmth and hospitality.

Accommodation

A spacious, "home from home" luxury apartment with a French Provencal flair, sleeping up to 4 people. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and ample cupboard space with a wall safe. The lounge has a double sleeper couch, all with quality pure cotton linen.

The well appointed lounge-dining area and kitchen is open plan and leads out onto a private deck with patio furniture and a Weber braai (barbecue). The bathroom boasts a large shower (no bath). A fully equipped kitchen and TV with Mnet and DSTV shared with owner, music system, under floor heating, electric blanket, free standing fan, and internet-phone connection.

Laundry and service on demand, children welcome (cot & baby bath, feeding chair available), own lockable entrance with storage for bicycles, secure parking, regret no pets.

Directions

From the N2 From the N2, follow signs to "The heads and Leisure isle" on George Rex drive, past the Knysna golf course, then follow sign to the right to "Leisure isle" on the causeway.At the stop street and security hut turn left into Woodbourne road, then the 5th road right into George avenue and Belle ile is sign posted on your right hand side, no 10, double storey French Provencal house with green shutters.
