Description

We rent out our private villa 16 km from the town centre of Knysna in South Africa. Beaches and a local restaurant are within easy walking distance. Our home provides the ideal ambience for relaxation as well as a base for your exploring the numerous sights along the Garden Route.

Close to the beaches with rock pools for safe bathing, some great fishing spots, a variety of scenic walks, Knysna with all its facilities and fine restaurants is only a short panoramic drive away.

The construction covers 170 square meters on a plot of 1000 square meters. The house and the garden are in immaculate condition. The garden contains a pool (6x4m), a poolside shower, and flowering plants.

There are two terraces. The one in front of the house is excellent for enjoying the views of the beautiful Brenton On Sea beach and Buffalo Bay. The terrace at the pool side is nice for breakfast and dinner.

We do let the house in periods where it is free to conscientious people who want a relaxing vacation in a good climate and in nice surroundings. The house is in a good condition and we are anxious that it stays that way.

Cancellation Policy

7 days prior to date of arrival 100% of accommodation cost
14 days prior to date of arrival 50% of accommodation cost
30 days prior to date of arrival 25% of accommodation cost
31+ days prior to date of arrival 10% of accommodation cost

The house is booked from Saturdays to Saturdays. I.e. with arriving guests expected in the afternoon, and departing guests leaving before noon, allowing our housekeepers a few hours to clean the house, change linen, etc. to make the house ready and shining for you at your arrival.

A third of the rental fee is payable upon reservation, and the rest is payable 1 (one) month before arrival.

To ensure a clean house to all visitors we are using our caretakers to ensure the house/ apartment is cleaned, linen and towels are washed at the end of the stay.

Refuse (black trash-bag) is to be placed outside for collection on Monday (not earlier because of dogs).

Owners / rental-agents will not be held liable for any loss or injury.

Please leave the house in the same condition as you found it, failing which an extra cleaning-fee of R100 will be deducted from your breakage deposit.

Toilet rolls are supplied for your arrival, replacement thereafter is your responsibility.
