DescriptionNot easily forgotten is the quaint Knysna home of Derek and Mary Woolmington, who offer their guests a high standard of accommodation, catered for in a B&B setting, with two double rooms with en-suite, or a private comfortable flat, fully equipped for self catering.Also available is a beautiful house in Sedgefield-on-Sea - 20Km West of Knysna. Accommodation The Iris RoomThe Iris room is large with a twin beds, (pushed together or apart), full en-suite and lovely views of the lagoon. Fridge, T.V. and tea/coffee making facilities are in the room as well as a comfortable seating area. Relaxing in the garden or a refreshing swim in the pool is a perfect end to the day.The NestThe Nest has a private entrance and wooden deck from where you have lovely views of the lagoon and surrounding area. The unit has a separate bedroom with queen-size bed and full en-suite. The lounge area has two single beds, comfortable seating, TV and well equipped kitchen.The CabinThe Cabin is comfortable for a family of four with own entrance and open plan, (beds and lounge in one room) queen-size bed and bunk beds. Full en-suite bathroom and well equipped kitchen which leads to a wooden deck and views of the lagoon. The lounge area has comfortable couches and TV.Studio RoseStudio Rose is a bright air-conditioned unit. It has a queen-size bed, T.V. full en-suite bathroom and deck from where you have views of the lagoon and surround area. Adjoining separate room with seating area, a second en-suite and pull-out double sleeper couch. This area has a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery.Rates
DirectionsIf you are coming from the George side (West) stay on the N2, coming through Knysna town centre on Main road, leave town and when you have past the Provincial Hospital on your left, turn left at the following traffic light into Old Toll Road. There will be a Kwikspar on your right. Right at t-junction, then first left. Follow signs for Forget-me-not. If you are traveling from the Plettenberg Bay side, (East) you will see a 'Welcome to Knysna' sign. At the first traffic light, after that sign turn right, at the t-junction right and first left. You will see the Forget-me-not signs. |
